1. If the course has been completed, no refund will be given.
2. If you ordered a membership, and forgot to cancel the automatic renewal, we will only refund the renewal payment minus $50 which covers our refund fees , if the request is made within 7 days from the renewal, and no courses have been taken since the renewal. If any courses have been taken since the renewal, no refund will be provided. If no request has been made within 7 days from the renewal, no refund will be provided. Contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to contact us and disputing the charge will result in no refund .
3. If you purchase a course , and are unhappy for any reason, contact us at email@example.com to exchange this course for another course of the same price, provided the course has not been completed. If the course is completed, no refund is provided.
4. If the your state does not accept the credit , provide proof that it is not accepted and we will provide an exchange for another course or a full refund. This excludes known state requirements such as states that require only “health, safety, welfare courses”, if the customer has chosen a course that is not HSW approved, or similar state requirements.
