This course discusses the current status of NLCD 2011 (National Land Cover Database 2011), the future plans, and its application examples. The presenters provide information on the purpose of NLCD and its roles in restoring landscapes and creating livable communities.Also explained are the developments that have been made in the past years with analysis and comparison of results.
