This webinar discusses the challenges, processes, and issues with building sustainable cities in general. Case studies in the United States are presented. The methods and solutions used in these projects are presented and can be applied to the design in other projects. Provided are case studies and information that can be useful in constructing a community that is not only sustainable but also aesthetically.

 

Learning Objectives:

1. To have an in-depth understanding of the role of transit development in improving urban communities.

2. To familiarize participants of the challenges met in transit development.

3. To be able to help landscape architects, planners, and decision makers come with solutions that will improve mobility, public health and safety, and the cities economy.
